We work with leading Companies in Retail, Textiles, Buying Offices and Liaison offices. We work in India and overseas in countries like Indonesia, UAE, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Oman, Qatar etc. Some of our clients are Ikea, Gap, Future Group, Orient Craft etc.

We confirm receipt of your resume immediately. However the exact placement would depend on the current job offerings and suitability of your skill set to them. However it does expedite to meet in person . Hence we strongly recommend a personal meeting with our consultants to get good and fast results.
 

 
Q4 What are your fees for candidate registration?

 

Ans

We do not charge any fees from the candidates, Our fees are paid for by the company only.

Ans We work Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 pm

We services all metros in India. Overseas we recruit in Indonesia, UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Jordon, Bahrain etc.

We require your updated CV along with a passport size photograph. It is also highly recommended that you meet us personally in our office

The best way to keep in touch is email. A weekly follow up is close and also keeps the matter top of mind.

Ans

This is not a domain area for us. However given the years of experience in the trade, one can guide you on the things that can make or break an interview for you. Feel free to discuss this when you come to meet us in person. We can guide you on soft skills like presentation, dress, greetings, body language, typical responses etc.
 

 
Q13 Can you help us in interviewing candidates?

 

Ans Yes we can conduct a preliminary round of interview. There is one interview which is already done when we register the candidate with us and before we submit the resume to you. However if you want us to conduct an interview , we will do so at your premises or as suggested to evaluate the candidate for your specific company.

Do you conduct any psychometric tests for candidates?

 

Ans

We at Humancapital do not conduct any psychometric tests at our end. We do evaluate candidates for their stability and attitude through the personal interview. But do not employ a structured or formal tool for the same. We however strongly recommend psychometric testing for candidates to check their attitudes and compatibility to specific organization cultures. We recommend to outsource this to a specialist ., chargeable on actual basis. Some of the reputed test ones we propose are - Thomas Profiling and OPT.
