you come to meet us in person. We can guide you on
soft skills like presentation, dress, greetings,
body language, typical responses etc.

Yes we can conduct a preliminary round of
interview. There is one interview which is already
done when we register the candidate with us and
before we submit the resume to you. However if you
want us to conduct an interview , we will do so at
your premises or as suggested to evaluate the
candidate for your specific company.

candidates? |

We at
Humancapital do not conduct any
psychometric tests at our end. We do evaluate
candidates for their stability and attitude through
the personal interview. But do not employ a
structured or formal tool for the same. We however
strongly recommend psychometric testing for
candidates to check their attitudes and
compatibility to specific organization cultures. We
recommend to outsource this to a specialist .,
chargeable on actual basis. Some of the reputed test
ones we propose are - Thomas Profiling and OPT.
